Lore

Terms of Use

Version 1 · effective October 24, 2026 · This is a translation. If it differs from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.

In short

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of Lore (ilore.app), a service provided by Leeway Consultoria e Tecnologia Ltda., a Brazilian company, CNPJ 61.738.333/0001-07, located at Rua Pais Leme, 215, suite 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, 05424-150, Brazil (“Leeway”, “we”).

By creating an account or using Lore, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Lore on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept them for it. A specific agreement signed with the organization prevails over these Terms where they differ.

2. What Lore is

Lore is a professional memory: it receives the content you choose to send, extracts knowledge from it (people, organizations, projects, decisions, facts and how they relate), keeps that knowledge organized over time, and serves it to the AI assistants you connect, with the source of each piece of information.

Lore is not a document manager, a backup service or an archive of originals: it keeps the extracted knowledge and a text representation of each item, not exact copies of your files. Keep your originals where they already are.

3. Account and access

4. Your content

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you send and confirm that you have the right to send it, including when it contains other people's personal data or third parties' confidential information. You may not:

6. AI limitations

Lore uses AI models, which can be wrong, leave things out or misread information. Lore shows the source of each piece of information and should not claim what it did not keep, but you should check anything important before acting on it. Lore does not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.

7. Third-party services

Lore connects to services you choose, such as AI assistants, sign-in providers, content sources, GitHub repositories and AI providers used with your own key. Those services are governed by their own terms, and Leeway is not responsible for them. Data you tell Lore to deliver to one of those services becomes subject to its rules.

8. Credits and billing

9. Availability and changes

Lore is continuously evolving. We will do our best to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or remove features; when a change significantly affects what you use, we will give reasonable advance notice.

10. Suspension and termination

11. Intellectual property

The software, the Lore brand, the design and the documentation of the service belong to Leeway or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service. Suggestions you send us may be used to improve Lore without any obligation to compensate you.

12. Liability

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Each version shows its effective date at the top. We will give advance notice of significant changes by email or in Lore. If you keep using Lore after the effective date, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you may close your account.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the City of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in the courts where they live.
